Construction is underway as part of the first phase of the City of Baylor’s planned Health Sciences Park. The project is an 800,000-square-foot project that will integrate medical education and research environments located next to Baylor Medicine and patient care at Baylor St. Luke’s Medical Center. The campus is adjacent to Helix Park at the Texas Medical Center. Helix Park is a 37-acre project that supports the collaboration of healthcare, life sciences, and business.
Helix Park is named for the double helix-shaped green space that runs through the center of campus. Last October, a joint building housing researchers from three Texas universities and Texas Medical Center offices opened. Dynamic One North Tower is also open.
