Washington, DC – U.S. Sen. John Cornyn (R-TX), Senate Select Committee on Intelligence Chairman Mark Warner (D-VA), Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) and Sen. Mark Kelly. (D-Ariz.) introduced Enable IC Partnerships. This legislation encourages public-private partnerships with the intelligence community to streamline the acquisition and deployment of cutting-edge technology and support workforce development.
“Artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science are on pace to revolutionize information collection and analysis,” said Senator Cornyn. “Through our IC partnerships with federal lending agencies like the Department of Defense’s Strategic Capital Office and enhanced IC public-private partnerships, we are empowering collectors and analysts to meet workforce demands and strengthen national security. We can provide better tools.”
