During custody hearing Friday, prosecutors accused the accused of dealing with drugs every day in an area known as a “dead end.”
Prosecutors also presented evidence suggesting that several members of the surgery would use text messages to warn each other about the attack by law enforcement officers, and after the attack they sent “young people” to look for a drug shortage. Prosecutors also claim that the suspect has returned to dealing with drugs at the end of the attack.
