Alejandra Morales said her husband, Eric Payan, is a good man and a lucrative player for their home. She said he was arrested Monday during ice surgery.
LIBERTY COUNTY, Texas – US Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it had arrested more than 100 people this week in developments in the Houston area.
Washington officials said 118 people were arrested during surgery at Colony Ridge, north of Houston.

On Wednesday, the family of one of the men arrested said he has a clean record and they feel his business is the target.
Alejandra Morales is looking for help as she leaves behind a broken heart.

Morales said her husband, Eric Payan, is a good man and the producer of their home, and she felt like her world was over when the ice agent rolled up to his tire shop earlier this week.

When asked if they had been shown an arrest warrant, Morales said the agent only had photos of companies that included Payan’s tire shop.
“No, I’m not going to let you know about it,” she said.
She wondered why her husband was rounded up, and they just wanted to be valuable members of society.

She said she feels the business owner doesn’t understand why he was targeted and helped the country.
“We are in the midst of comportamiento,” Morales said.
She said he had never been to prison and had never caused any problems.
Records show Payan was charged with DUI and aggravated assault 20 years ago, but the charges were dismissed and the lawsuit was shut down.
Morales said her husband was a passenger in a crashed car and he was left in coma. She said the charges were gone when investigators found out he was a sleeping passenger.
Now, his family is doing everything they can to get Payan back.
His daughter is in the hospital, amputating her legs, and Payan is paying medical bills for his grandson who has just had heart surgery.
Morales hopes that the family’s main source of income will soon be able to return home.
Records show that Payan was in the country and stayed on a work visa.
Khou 11 news contacted ICE in Houston to see if there was a warrant for Payan.
In the meantime, Morales hired a lawyer, but she felt lost without his financial help and said she didn’t know how to take care of her family while he was gone.
