Texas A&M saw three of the 2024 defensive linemen hear their names as they take place in their second round with the Chicago Bears in the first two days of the 2025 NFL Draft, when Shemmer Stewart was named No. 17 by the Cincinnati Bengals.
All three players were expected to be selected in the first two days, but 10 of the 13 AGGIES that entered the 2025 NFL Draft have not been selected, and as soon as the third and final days of the draft finish on Saturday afternoon, they become undrafted free agents.
Top of the list of high-priority agents, cornerback BJ Maze brings a massive production and human coverage skill set that will be converted to the next level. At the same time, defensive lineman Getachew-Johnson, wide receivers Jahdae Walke and Moose Muhammad III and Tigh End Shane Calhoun trained impressively at Texas A&M pro day earlier this month.
“Unexplored Possibilities” is a theme for all 10 players, especially Maze, who could take the same trajectory as former Texas A&M cornerback Jayron Jones, a key member of the Indianapolis Colts secondary, his seventh pick in 2023.
To track where all Texas A&M free agents signed, we are here to keep up to date with where all players land.
