Austin, Texas – The Texas Department of Public Safety has added 21-year-old Rondarius Davon Idae Evans of New Boston to the Texas 10 most wanted fugitive list.
A cash reward of up to $5,000 is provided for information that leads to his arrest, and all tips are guaranteed to be anonymous.
Evans has been sought by Bowie County since August 2024 for two capital murders related to the double murder that occurred in New Boston on July 6, 2024. Additionally, a warrant was issued in Titus County on March 14, 2025, where arrests were arrested for not appearing in court for a previous drug-related crime, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Evans is 6 feet tall and weighs around 175 pounds, and is connected to the northeastern Texas regions, including Bowie, Camp, Titus, Franklin and Morris counties. For more information about Evans or updates in the case of his arrest, please visit the DPS website.
Funded by the governor’s public safety office, Texas Crime Stoppers provide cash rewards for information that leads to the arrest of individuals on the Texas 10 most wanted fugitives, sex offenders, or unlawful criminal immigrants list. In 2025, DPS and other agencies arrested 21 individuals from these lists, and received a $22,000 remuneration for tips leading to arrest.

All hints remain anonymous and tips receive a tip number instead of using their name.
