MISSION, Texas – Hidalgo County Precinct 3 is excited to announce the groundbreaking ceremony for the long-awaited 5K Mansion Linear Park Trail. The project aims to improve the health and well-being of the community through the construction of 5.1 miles of bike and pedestrian paths. A groundbreaking ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 3, at the Precinct 3 Administration Office, 724 N. Breyfogle Rd. in Mission.
The 5K Mansion Linear Park Trail will be an important asset to our Precinct 3 community and is committed to promoting physical activity and promoting mental health. The trail is designed for cyclists, walkers, joggers, and runners and is a significant investment in the quality of life for Third Precinct residents.
This project is an investment in District 3’s future and a step toward a healthier, more active lifestyle for all residents.
