HARLINGEN, Texas – Harlingen Economic Development Corporation (HEDC) is proud to announce the return of Let’s Get To Business, a one-stop resource event for aspiring and established business owners, commercial real estate brokers and investors looking to launch or expand Harlingen’s business enterprise.
Designed as a casual, easy event, it gives business grant participants the opportunity to connect with key urban sectors and organizations. Participants will include planning and zoning, building inspections, fire prevention and Greater Chamber in Harlingen, providing direct guidance on permits, regulations and business development resources. Participants will also find information about licensing, small business loans, labor solutions, and more.
“The event will make your business more clear and accessible by bringing all the resources you need into one place,” said Orlando Campos, CEO of HEDC. “We want to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge and support they need to be sure they will succeed here.”
Set on March 29, 2025, at the Harlingen Convention Centre from 10am to 2pm, the event offers a casual and flexible setting that allows participants to explore at their own pace and find tailored support to meet their specific business needs.
“It’s all about making connections and breaking down barriers,” Campos said. “By direct access to experts, we are building a strong foundation for our local economy and enhancing Harlingen’s suitability to business-friendly businesses.”
