Texas Longhorns Culture Minister Matthew McConaughey spoke out this week to add his two cents to the conversation surrounding fans who threw trash on the field after a bad call against Georgia.
“First of all, you were so excited Saturday night when we hosted Georgia State. Bravo. Let’s keep bringing it. Even if our Horns don’t get the W, you have a visible home. created a field advantage,” McConaughey wrote. “But let’s be serious about bottle bombing the field glitches we had. Not cool. Bogey move. Yeah, that call was BS, but we’re better than that. The Longhorn Nation knows how to stand out and make our presence felt, yet maintain our ranks. Let’s make it permanent. We have to shake hands on it.”
I get it, I get it, I get it. You earned points.
