Austin, Texas – Environmental policy will be held at the State Capitol on Monday, March 24th, 2025, for the Sierra Club’s Texas Advocacy Day at the State Capitol.
Just as state lawmakers discuss policies that will shape the future of the Texas environment, the event offers a rare opportunity for citizens to speak directly with elected officials about the need for urgent action to protect clean, reliable and affordable energy and water.
A crucial moment for the future of Texas
Texas faces environmental challenges, including unreliable, outdated grids, empty electricity prices, poor air quality and lack of meaningful water protection. Sierra Club’s Texas Advocacy Day allows Texans to be at the forefront of the fight for stronger environmental protection and common sense solutions.
