The Northeast Texas Flood Fundraising Forum will be held at the Hilton Paris Conference and Event Center on Thursday, January 9th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Agencies invited to speak include FEMA, Texas Emergency Management Agency, Texas General Land Office, Texas Water Development Board, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.
