Five years ago, one of the most disgusting humans who walked this planet was sentenced to death row inmates. He is currently planning to pay the ultimate price in Texas this Wednesday.

He is a monster.

On April 23, 40-year-old Moyce’s Sandovalmendoza is killed by a fatal injection on April 23rd due to the rape and murder of her 20-year-old mother Rachel O’Neill Tollson, which took place in Farmersville, Texas on March 18, 2004.

His execution will be third in Texas this year.

Scary details:

According to police documents, Mendoza entered through the back door of Tolson’s house. Mendoza told police that she went with him to get a pack of cigarettes.

On the drive, Mendoza began choking her “for no reason,” claiming that she had driven to the field near his home where he had raped her, and then suffocated her more. He then dragged her out of the truck, placed it in the field, stabbing her throat with a knife to make sure she was dead. He left her body on the field for several days until he became a delusion after an interview with police. He dumped it in the “excavated pit” and set it on fire.

A man looking for an arrowhead later discovers her burnt ruins.

Sounds like BS to me:

Mendoza wrote to his parents before his beliefs and verdict, reading “I don’t know what happened at that moment. After I became a demon, after doing what I thought was in my dreams.”

You can learn the complete story in this forensic file episode.
