2024-2025 Texas UIL State Basketball Tournament continues this week with an exciting game of games as they reached the semi-final round of the Texas High School boys basketball playoffs.
This year, the playoff bracket has doubled, split into Division I and Division II, following the format used for football. Last year, only one team won a state championship per class, but that changed later this month.
The regional finals are featured in the book, so this week’s state semi-finals are scheduled to take place from March 3rd to 4th. The State Finals will be held from March 6th to 8th at the Alamodome in San Antonio.
The Boys State champions last season were Jaton (1A), Lipan (2A), Hitchcock (3A), Oak Cliff Face Academy (4A), Lancaster (4A), and Plano East (6A).
