AUSTIN, Texas (August 22, 2024) — University of Texas Athletics, in collaboration with Learfield Studios, is proud to announce its first original content series for the newly reimagined LHN (Longhorn Network) powered by Endeavor Streaming. The exclusive three-part series, titled “We Are Texas,” will premiere on August 22. Viewers will have the opportunity to enjoy in-depth content highlighting the incredible accomplishments of the Texas volleyball program, celebrating their second consecutive national championship, as well as a special profile on 2023 NCAA Final Four Most Valuable Player, Madisen Skinner.
“We Are Texas” offers an inside look at one of college volleyball’s most successful programs, capturing the essence of Texas volleyball’s legendary success and the culture that drives it. The series will give fans an unprecedented look at the team’s journey, from historic wins to exclusive behind-the-scenes moments as the team prepares for the 2024 season.
“Longhorns Nation loves Texas volleyball, and this streaming platform and series is another avenue for fans to learn more about our great program, student-athletes and coaching staff,” said Drew Martin, executive senior associate athletic director at the University of Texas. “We are very excited about this series and the others our talented athletic and Learfield Studios staff will produce.”
The series is produced by Learfield Studios and Texas Athletics creative and communications staff and will be available exclusively on the free LHN streaming service. Additional long-form programming highlighting the lives of student-athletes across various sports and on campus will be available on LHN this fall.
