Birmingham, Alabama – March 31: Loli Harmon #3 of the Texas Longhorns will take a shot against Haley Vanlis #10 of the TCU Horn Frogs in the first half in the elite eighth round of the NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament held at BJC’s Legacy Arena.
The Texas Longhorns women’s basketball team heads for the Final Four.
The Longhorns defeated the TCU horn Frog 58-47 on Monday night.
It’s Texas’ first trip to Final 4 since 2003.

Texas never got kicked out in the game against the TCU, but they were tight for a while.
After the Longhorns popped into an early lead, the horned frog led to two at halftime.
The game tied together in the third quarter with 29 with five minutes remaining, but Texas was pulled away.
TCU reduced the lead to six, but that wasn’t enough.
Forward Madison Booker led the way to Texas with 18 points, 17 points ahead of TCU top scorer Hailey Van Liss.
Texas has closed Sedona Price, the TCU star center.

The Longhorns now challenge South Carolina’s strong team in Final 4.
The game will take place on Friday at 6pm Central in Tampa.
