Texas Health, a 12-time winner, was ranked among the 40 largest companies. The Top Workplaces D-FW 2024 recognition recognizes 150 companies that contribute to the North Texas business climate by creating a strong work culture. This year marks the 16th time this contest has been held.

The 2024 Top Workplaces list includes separate rankings for large companies, midsize companies, and small businesses. Organizations were evaluated based on employee surveys. Survey questions include topics such as trust in company leadership, how executives develop talent, pay, work-life balance, and benefits.

Winners were announced at the Top Workplaces event and published in a magazine published by The Dallas Morning News.
Earlier this year, Texas Health was named No. 1 on the 2024 Fortune Healthcare™ Best Workplaces list. In April, Texas Health ranked No. 29 on Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For list. This is the highest ranking among accredited health systems in 2024. Texas Health ranks No. 3 on Fortune’s list of “Best Places to Work in Texas.” That is, the highest health system and also in the north. A Texas-based organization will receive the award this year.
