Beyond the use of generative tools like ChatGPT, higher education leaders are already looking at how AI is transforming higher education: In April, the Texas Commission on Higher Education began evaluating AI activities at all community colleges and four-year universities to help prepare students, faculty, and administrators for the future.
How are schools going to best prepare students and faculty for a changing workforce? Can AI help institutions run more efficiently and free up faculty to focus more on teaching? Can AI be used to make learning more equitable, or will it create further disparities?

Join us at the University of Texas at Dallas on Friday, September 27th at 12pm to discuss policies and programs already in development, the challenges and opportunities that AI brings to Texas schools, and how these institutions must evolve to keep up and respond to ever-changing technology.
