Fabian Martinez Toribio has been charged with aggravated sexual assault and is considered armed and dangerous.

Court documents shed light on how a man with ties to the Austin area became a wanted fugitive in Texas.
Fabian Martinez Toribio, 25, was recently placed on Texas’ 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants list, which was released by Governor Greg Abbott in June.
According to an affidavit obtained by KVUE, Martinez-Toribo was under investigation by the Austin Police Department (APD) for alleged sexual and physical crimes against a child.
Police said during the investigation in January they received a call from a woman who believed her 5-year-old daughter had been raped by her stepfather.
The woman told police she noticed marks on her daughter’s neck and asked her where she was from, but she did not respond. The woman then asked the suspect, later identified as Martinez-Toribo, to leave the room. He refused until the woman physically pushed him away, police said.
The 5-year-old girl allegedly claimed her stepfather removed her pants, performed inappropriate acts on her and then stole her underwear. After the woman called police, Martinez-Toribo fled the home.
When authorities examined the 5-year-old girl for injuries, they found multiple bruises on her neck. The girl also identified Martinez-Toribo as the suspect and claimed he told her not to tell her mother.
In a separate investigation by authorities, the 5-year-old girl alleged that Martinez-Toribia had exposed herself to her before engaging in inappropriate acts. Her mother tried to contact the man but did not receive a response.
Toribio Martinez was charged with felony sexual assault following the incident. His whereabouts remain unknown.
