Each of the art and memorial items is hand-picked to tell the story of the franchise, and residents will live like champions along with some of the biggest moments in Rangers history. Highlights from the art and memorabilia collection include the game-use base from Rangers Al West Clinchy Games, including Ivan’s “Padge” Rodriguez bat, Corey Seager’s game-covered hat and positioning cards, a 2023 World Series Celebration Mural, and Bat Mixed Media sculpture. These elements turn into an interactive celebration for all ranger fans who call one ranger into the house.
The launch of One Ranger marks the culmination of years of planning and development, and the play release exceeds all expectations. With today’s opening, more than 95% of units have been leased at the beginning of the move prior to the Rangers’ opening day, with 60% of the entire building being leased.
