Born in Brooklyn, New York, and spending a significant portion of his childhood in Tampico, Mexico, before settling in McAllen, Texas, Gervais maintains a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and is fluent in Spanish. He has lived in Austin for over 10 years and currently resides in McAllen with his wife Johanna and two children, Brooklyn and Brandon. Outside of work, I enjoy barbecuing, spending time with my family, and restoring my 1977 Datsun 280z.
Mr. Gervais is a graduate of the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley where he earned a bachelor’s degree in interdisciplinary studies in business administration and law. He was one of UTRGV’s first graduates, something he is proud of as he continues his career at Texas.
