The University of Texas at Arlington is preparing to host a special event at the intersection of technology and healthcare.
UTA will host the fourth annual Texas Health Informatics Coalition Conference in the University Center’s Bluebonnet Ballroom on Friday, Sept. 20. This year’s theme is “Augmented Intelligence in Healthcare.”
“This is shaping up to be an incredible conference that will explore artificial intelligence (AI) and its transformative impact on our field. UTA is honored to host the event,” said Marion Ball, Raj and Indra Nooyi Distinguished Professor of Bioengineering, Presidential Distinguished Professor and executive director of the Center for Health Informatics Innovation (formerly the Center for Health Informatics Interprofessional Collaboration).
The panel discussion will delve into the latest advances, challenges and ethical considerations regarding the integration of AI, machine learning, big data analytics and robotics into healthcare.
